Meet the Secretariat
Sam Robinson
Secretary General
Sam is a junior studying Economics and Political Science. He is a proud vermin of Carroll Hall and hails from Gig Harbor, Washington. He fell in love with MUN in high school and has devoted the majority of his time to it ever since. On campus, he is a fellow for the O’Brien International Security Center, a scholar with the Kellogg Institute for Democracy, and loves baking brownies in the Carroll Hall kitchen. When he isn’t threatening to throw chairs at people for improper merger etiquette, you can find Sam crashing out at Contessa in Duncan Student Center, consuming obscene amounts of caffeine, and making the mile-long trek back to Carroll from Hesburgh library. He is thrilled to serve as your Secretary General and looks forward to welcoming delegates for a fantastic conference.
Contessa Barron
Director General
Contessa is a sophomore studying Political Science and Philosophy with a minor in Health, Humanities, and Society. She is from Rockwall, Texas, but on campus she calls Pasquerilla West Hall home. She has been a part of NDMUN for a year and loves meeting new people through MUN. When she isn’t serving as your Director General, you can find Contessa singing with the Notre Dame Chorale, dancing with the ND Ballet Company, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, falling down hills with the Nordic Ski Team (she’s terrible), or just lying on the quad reading. She is excited to meet all of the delegates and see their creativity and energy.
Casey Clark
Casey is a sophomore studying Economics and Chinese at the University of Notre Dame. Casey is from Chatham, NJ, and resides in Johnson Family Hall (North Dining Hall is the superior dining hall). She has been a part of NDMUN for a year, and she will be serving as the Co-Under Secretariat General in NDMUNC III. Casey’s favorite MUN moment was traveling to Georgetown to compete in the National Collegiate Security Conference LIV this past year! Casey also enjoys traveling throughout East Asia, baking banana bread, and browsing the aisles at Trader Joe’s.

Lochlan Shinnick
Co-Undersecretary General of External Affairs
Lochlan is a freshman majoring in Political Science and International Economics with a concentration in German. He is a proud griffin from Stanford Hall (SCRAW!), and he comes from Newbury Park in Southern California (look it up). He first learned Model UN at Notre Dame, working as a political officer for NDMUNC II, before traveling to Montreal to compete in the land of maple syrup. When he’s not delivering political commentary on CNN, Lochlan likes to stay humble by reading Russian literature, projecting bouldering routes on the rock wall, and learning tricks on his skateboard. He also cooks a mean jambalaya.
Alejandro Zetina Ramírez
Jeries is a junior studying Accounting and Computer Science, and he resides in Siegfried Hall. He has been involved in Model United Nations since his sophomore year of high school and has loved it ever since. On campus, he is involved in Student International Business Council, compliance and disclosure research with the Mendoza Department of Accounting, and faith-leading through Campus Ministry and dorm events. He is thrilled to serve as the Chief of Staff for NDMUNC III and to make your delegate experience as meaningful as possible.

Alejandro is a senior studying Finance, German, and European Studies, and he lives in Dillon Hall. He is originally from Panama City, Panama. Alejandro has been a member of NDMUNC since 2023. He served as President during the Spring of 2025 and 2026 and has attended and earned awards at multiple collegiate conferences. He also served as a chair for NDMUNC I in 2024. He is excited to serve as the Under Secretary General of Crisis Committees and cannot wait to see the creativity and ideas delegates bring in October.

Benjamin Flessas
Michael is a sophomore studying Computer Engineering, and he lives in Knott Hall. He is originally from Haddonfield, New Jersey, and on campus he serves as Knott Hall’s senator in Student Government, writes for The Observer campus newspaper, plays violin in the ND Symphony Orchestra, and also, inexplicably, loves golf. He has yet to shut up about his summer abroad in Ireland, so please do not ask him about it. His favorite MUN memory is all the friends he made along the way.
Charlotte Creadon
Undersecretary General of Merchandise and Philanthropy
Ben is a freshman in the College of Arts and Letters majoring in Political Science and International Economics with a concentration in Russian. He is from Charleston, South Carolina, proudly featured in Netflix’s Outer Banks, and currently lives in Keough Hall. He was first introduced to Model UN at Notre Dame and worked as a crisis staffer in NDMUNC II. Much to the chagrin of his roommates, Ben plays bagpipes with the Notre Dame Bagpipe Band; he is currently mastering “I’m Shipping Up to Boston” by Dropkick Murphys.

Charlotte is a sophomore studying Political Science and Business at St. Mary’s, and she is from Los Angeles, California. She has been an NDMUN member for a year, and her favorite MUN memory is traveling to Montreal for a conference last year. Outside of NDMUNC, Charlotte loves taking photos around campus, traveling, and baking. She is so excited to meet all of the delegates for NDMUNC III!
Emily is a sophomore studying English with minors in Innovation & Entrepreneurship and the Foundations of Business. She is originally from Shreveport, Louisiana and resides in Farley Hall. Emily has been a member of NDMUN since her freshman year. She will be serving as the Under-Secretary General of Media for NDMUNC III. She served as a crisis staffer for NDMUNC I and was a vice chair for NDMUNCII. Her favorite MUN memory was when she travelled down to IU to compete in her first conference. Emily enjoys writing, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
